WiMAX Outage - Preston and surrounding area

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband and phone services in the Preston and surrounding area's

This is due to UK Power Networks carrying out electrical maintenance in the area with the estimated resolution time of between 16:30 - 17:30pm 23/04/2024

Please do not reset your equipment during this time.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Power has been restored to our equipment as of 14:54 on 23/4/24 and all connections should be working again as expected.
