OFNL outage - MK MILTON KEYNES

Update (06 Apr 2024 12:10hrs) This incident was closed on Saturday, April 6th, 2024 at 12:10hrs. Update (06 Apr 2024 12:09hrs) Work to restore service was completed at 10:54 on 06/04/2024. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

We are working with the provider to resolve this issue.

We are currently experiencing a network incident in several post code areas - MK40 MK42 MK43 MK44 MK45 MK46 TA9 TS26 TS27 SS5 affecting data services. Engineers are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible or within 2 hours.
