Park Holidays Outage - Beauport

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband services on Beauport Holiday Park

We are investigating and working with the park to get the resolved as soon as possible.

Please do not reset your equipment during this time.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Park Maintenance have confirmed power should now be stable and no more intermittent drops to our equipment so connections should be working as normal.

Electricians are now on site and have restored some power. Some of our equipment is coming back online and connections should start logging back in now. Connections may be intermittent for a short period while they complete further power testing.

The park have confirmed power issues in the reception that have taken the park offline. They have called an emergency electrician to get this resolved.
