Park Holidays Outage - Solent Breezes Holiday Park

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband services on Solent Breezes Holiday Park

We are investigating and working with the park to get the resolved as soon as possible.

We are pleased to announce that the fault at Solent Breezes Holiday Park has been resolved.

Fibre engineers have arrived on site but have advised unfortunately due to bad weather in the area, it is unsafe to climb and investigate the fault. Engineers have arranged to return early tomorrow morning to investigate the fault.

We will provide further updates as they become available.

Fault was raised with third party line provider. An engineer has been dispatched and is expected to arrive on site at around 6pm.
