OFNL have provided the following updates

Update (16 Feb 2024 14:28hrs) Work to restore service was completed at 13:10 on 16/02/2024. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

Update (16 Feb 2024 12:06hrs) The 3rd party engineers are on site and are beginning their investigation.

We will provide a further update when they have more information, or by 14:30 at the latest.

Update (16 Feb 2024 09:57hrs) The 3rd party have confirmed that an engineer is on their way to site and is expected to arrive by 10:45.

We will provide a further update when they have reported their findings, if anything changes, or by 12:00 at the latest.

Update (16 Feb 2024 07:42hrs) The 3rd party could not resolve this during the night, and are now allocating engineers to attend and investigate today.

When they have provided an estimated arrival time and more details on the resolution plan, we will pass that information on here. We will provide the next update by 10:00 at the latest.

Update (15 Feb 2024 17:06hrs) It has been identified that this incident has been caused by an issue with a third party carrier, who provide service to us in this area. They are currently experiencing issues at the local exchange. An engineer has been dispatched and is expected to arrive at 6PM, a further update will be provided around 8PM once the engineer has had time to investigate.
