OFNL area outage - CO4 Colchester

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband and phone services in the CO4 area of Colchester

OFNL are investigating the cause of this outage and will provide further updates as soon as possible.

We have been advised by OFNL that services to this area had been restored as of 5:30pm on 30/01/24

We appreciate your patience regarding the matter.

OFNL have provided the following update:

Update (30 Jan 2024 10:07hrs) Engineers have been investigating the problem and identified an issue with the equipment on site. We have dispatched an engineer with spare parts, they are expected to arrive at 12:30 and will carry out works to restore services.
