Park Holidays Outage - Chichester Lakeside

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband services on Chichester Lakeside Holiday Park

We are investigating and working with the park to get the resolved as soon as possible.

Please do not reset your equipment during this time.

Park staff have resolved the power fault on site and the network has now been restored.

If you continue to experience any issues please contact our support team.

We have been liaising with the park maintenance team who have advised on water damage to some equipment that supplies power the affected area of the park where our kit is located. They currently have electricians onsite working on a permanent fix.
