Park Holidays Outage - Sand-Le-Mere

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband services on Sand-Le-Mere Holiday Park

We are investigating and working with the park to get the resolved as soon as possible.

Park maintenance have been able to restore power to our equipment and services should now be restored.

Engineer has attended site unfortunately we unable to restore connectivity today due to power to our equipment.

This has been raised to park who are going to be scheduling an electrician

Engineers are on route to Sand Le Mere holiday park to restore connectivity. Service should be up and running again this afternoon.

Park have confirmed power to our equipment but we are seeing noticing issues affecting some customers on site.

We are scheduling an engineer to visit site tomorrow to have a look over the equipment.
