WiMAX Outage - Stourmouth

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband and phone services in the Stourmouth area.

We are investigating the cause of this outage and will provide further updates as soon as possible.

An engineer had attended yesterday and determined that the backhaul equipment that feeds the repeater equipment is at fault and will need to be replaced.

Unfortunately the engineer will require a Cherry Picker lift to gain the height needed to work on the equipment and couldn't perform this work when he attended yesterday.

We are working with our bookings team to organise this and get this resolved ASAP, we will update this page when we have more information.
