Park Holidays Felixstowe Beach and Suffolk Sands - Wimax and Fibre connections offline

We are currently aware of an issue affecting Park Holidays Felixstowe Beach and Suffolk Sands - Wimax and Fibre connections are currently offline.

This is dues to contractors on the park damaging a cable. This is currently being investigated and further updates will be advised in due course.

Please do NOT reset your routers.

Apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.

Openreach have now repaired the faulty Fibre cables and connections should now be back online.

Openreach Engineers arrived on site at 14:15 and are currently investigating. We are currently awaiting further updates.
