We are currently aware of an outage that impacted OFNL connections across the UK in the early hours of the morning.
This has since been resolved but may require you to power your equipment off and on again. Simply Power off the power socket to your Router and the Fibre ONT box that is connected to this for 10 seconds then power them both back online.
If after 5 minutes this is still not online please call us.
Please do not reset your equipment during this time.
