We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband services on Beauport Holiday Park

We are investigating and working with the park to get the resolved as soon as possible.

Engineers have now replaced faulty equipment onsite and connections should now be back online

We have spoken with the maintenance team on site who have confirmed that the ongoing outage is due to waterlogged equipment.

An engineer is being arranged to attend site to resolve this fault.
