Park Holidays Outage - Coghurst Holiday Park

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband services on Coghurst Holiday Park

We are investigating and working with the park to get the resolved as soon as possible.

We can now confirm the work was completed on Saturday by Openreach and connections stable and should be now back online as normal.

Connectivity is now being restored.

Please note that this fault remains open with Openreach and we are awaiting confirmation that works carried out to fix the fault are complete. During this time, your connection is still considered at risk.

We’re aware that customers at Coghurst Holiday Park are currently experiencing a loss of service. We understand how frustrating this is and we’re very sorry for the disruption caused.

The issue sits outside of Vfast’s direct network and requires specialist work from our infrastructure partner, Openreach. An engineer has already attended the site, and a follow-up visit is scheduled for tomorrow morning to continue investigations and complete the necessary repair.

Please be assured that we are actively monitoring the situation and working closely with Openreach to restore service as quickly as possible. As soon as we have a further update, we will share it here.
