Service issues have been detected at Beauport Holiday Park

We are aware of a fault affecting broadband and phone services at "Beauport Holiday Park"

Investigation has begun and we are working with the park to get the issues resolved as soon as possible.

We’re aware that customers at Beauport Holiday Park are currently experiencing a loss of service. We understand how frustrating this is and we’re very sorry for the disruption caused.

The issue sits outside of Vfast’s direct network and requires specialist work from our infrastructure partner, Openreach. An engineer has already attended the site, and a follow-up visit is scheduled for tomorrow morning to continue investigations and complete the necessary repair.

Please be assured that we are actively monitoring the situation and working closely with Openreach to restore service as quickly as possible. As soon as we have a further update, we will share it here.
