Park Holidays Outage - Solent Breezes

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband services on Solent Breezes Holiday Park

We are investigating and working with the park to get the resolved as soon as possible.

An electrician has been scheduled to attend this morning to replace a faulty cable.

Please do not reset your equipment during this time.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We believe the power issues have now been resolved and our equipment is now back online and connections reconnected

The park have advised that they are still progressing with installing new cabling to resolve the power issue Further updates as we receive them

The issue with the power cable has been identified to be a much larger fault - a contractor will be attending park this afternoon to assist in the repair of this, and an electrician will re-attend tomorrow morning with an expected reconnection time of 12 noon tomorrow.
