Park Holidays Outage -Brynteg

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband services on Brynteg Holiday Park

We are investigating and working with the park to get the resolved as soon as possible.

Vfast engineers have replaced the faulty equipment and all connections should now bee back online as normal

We have a Vfast engineer booked onsite again Tomorrow to investigate further

We had an engineer onsite to investigate on Wednesday, however there was a power cut affecting the park so he was unable to investigate the fault on the equipment.

We are awaiting for this to be rebooked for a Vfast engineer to return to investigate

We have arranged for a Vfast engineer to investigate the outage issue. He should be onsite tomorrow Morning (Wednesday).
