357304:NCIDENT AFFECTING INTERNET AND PHONE SERVICES

Status: Currently open.
Location: Canada Water SE16.
We have a network incident in Canada Water, SE16 affecting phone and internet services. Our team are looking into this and will provide an update by 08:30.
Please do not reset your equipment. Update (12 Jul 2025 12:00hrs) Engineer on site swapped out the equipment that had failed.
The new device has since locked up as its software was installing.
We have a further new part and engineer on route to site.
This will take several hours to arrive and bring online.
We apologise for the extended impact.
Further updates will be provided once the new device is on site. Update (12 Jul 2025 09:12hrs) Engineer is now on site and beginning to swap out equipment.
A further update will be provided when work has been completed. Update (12 Jul 2025 06:32hrs) Engineer and replacement equipment is due to arrive on site at 09:00. This time maybe subject to change depending on traffic.
Once Engineer begins work, it shouldn't take longer than 1 hour to swap and restore services. Update (12 Jul 2025 04:29hrs) OFNL Have identified an equipment failure at site, that has caused the loss of service.
In order to restore service we will need to replace this equipment, we are currently awaiting an ETA from our vendor for the replacement equipment to arrive at site.
We will update you again by 08:30 or when we have an ETA for equipment arriving.
