OFNL INCIDENT - Derby DE73 6A

We are aware of a fault impacting a few customer's internet and phone services in the Derby DE73 6A area.

This will require an engineer to attend site to fix. We will attempt to schedule this for tomorrow, and will update you here in the morning with details.

UPDATE (24 Jun 2025 11:28hrs) Due to the extent of the damage, we have requested that a specialist team attend site.

We are continuing to work to resolve this issue and a further update will be provided as soon as possible.

UPDATE (24 Jun 2025 12:50hrs) We have identified the location of the suspected fibre break.

The specialist team are due to attend site on the morning of 25/06/25. UPDATE (24 Jun 2025 11:28hrs) Due to the extent of the damage, we have requested that a specialist team attend site.
