Unexpected outage effecting our WiMAX services for Broadband and Voice in the Lympne and surrounding areas

We are currently experiencing an unexpected outage to our WiMAX service for broadband and voice services in Lympne and surrounding areas.

Our team is currently investigating the cause of the issue and will provide an update shortly.

Please do not reset your equipment during this time and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We have been advised by Openreach that this is now resolved.

UPDATE - Leased Line Fault Lympne Openreach are working around the clock to repair leased lines damaged caused by an attempt cable theft. Although service may restore the network will be considered at risk until they complete the repairs. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and will look to update you as soon as possible.
