Third Party Network Provider Fault

A major third line provider is currently under going a fibre incident. Their engineers will be on site from 9:30am to look into this further.

This incident will effect services across the entirety of the south east.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will look to provide further updates as soon as possible.

All services has been restored. We are monitoring closely for any further issues.

A temporary fix has been put in place to restore connectivity.
