Park Holidays Outage - Beauport Holiday Park

We are currently aware of an outage affecting some broadband services on Beauport Holiday Park

We have been working with the park to get this resolved, but have not been able to do so. We have an engineer on route to investigate this issue and we will update once we have further information.

The fault at Beauport Holiday Park has been marked as resolved.

Engineers have attended site yesterday and restored service to one area of park that was offline.

A temporary fix was put into place to the get the remainder of the park back online.

Work will take place today between 09:00 and 17:00 to get this temporary solution resolved back to normal. You may see your connection to drop during these times which is expected.

We are still aware of outages across Beauport Holiday Park.

We understand that some areas of park have been without internet for a number of days but due to ongoing adverse weather conditions, we have been unable to attend this.

Our engineers safety is paramount and we will only attend once it's safe for them to complete the work. We do not currently have an estimated time for the work to be carried out but will provide an update within the next 24 hours.

Engineers have attended site this afternoon and managed to get some services restored.

However due to inaccessibility, engineers will be back on site tomorrow with the needed equipment to get the remaining outage resolved.

We do not currently have an estimated time but will update you once we know more.

Issues across the park earlier were fixed by an engineer visiting site.

We have seen that some other equipment has gone down within the last few minutes. Investigation has begun and we are working with the park to get the issues resolved as soon as possible.
