WiMAX Outage - Preston, Hersden & surrounding areas

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband and phone services in Preston, Hersden & surrounding areas.

We can see UK Power Networks are reporting a potential unplanned power outage effecting multiple locations where we have equipment located.

Please do not reset your equipment during this time. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Services have been restored as of 20:30 on 23/11.

UKPN have pushed back the ETA now to 23 Nov 20:00 - 21:00

We are starting to see some services recover, however some of our repeater locations are still affected following the unplanned power cut.

UK Power Networks estimated rectification time for the incident is 18:00-19:00 23/11/24

We shall continue to monitor this until UKPN have resolved their incident.
