Park Holidays Outage - Beauport

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband services on Beauport Holiday Park

We are investigating and working with the park to get the resolved as soon as possible.

There are still service issues on Beauport at this time from a different piece of backhaul equipment, we have let the park know and they are performing checks for us, this is mainly affecting the Torway area and surrounding parts of the park.

Service was restored at 11:45 to certain areas and we are monitoring the equipment, this was due to a power fault at the telegraph pole.

We have identified a potential issue at the location of our equipment on site, we are currently working with the park to get this checked and resolved.
