Park Holidays Outage - Felixstowe Beach Holiday Park

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband services on Felixstowe Beach Holiday Park

We are investigating and working with the park to get the resolved as soon as possible.

Park had an electrician attend site earlier and confirmed power to the post has been fixed.

Services have been restored as of 9:45 on 25/10

After further speaking with the park, they have confirmed their electrician has cancelled today and will now be attending tomorrow morning.

Park staff have confirmed loss of power to where our equipment is fed from , and will require park electrician to resolve the issue.

We are hoping the park can get an electrician out tomorrow , but will update once we have further information
