We are currently aware of an issue affecting some wimax connections at Park Holidays Marlie Park We are currently awaiting Park Maintenance to check power at the repeater site

We have been informed by Park Holidays that the electrical issue has now been resolved onsite.

All connections are back online.

Apologies for the disruption.

Our engineers have managed to restore power and connections should be back online, This is however a temporary resolution. Park Holidays electricians will be onsite again tomorrow, to try and make a permanent resolution.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused

This issue has been identified to be an electrical problem on site. Park Holidays have raised this issue back to their electricians who are due to investigate further, although they do not currently have an ETA for this.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Our engineers have attended and have identified the problem causing this outage. They had since managed to get this back online, however we lost equipment again yesterday evening. Park staff have been made aware and are sending maintenance round to the site.
