Park Holidays Outage - Partial OUTAGE on Sand Le Mere

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband services on Sand Le Mere Holiday Park

We are investigating and working with the park to get the resolved as soon as possible.

Engineers replaced faulty equipment to restore connectivity.

We apologise for the continued issues on Sand Le Mere, An engineer was on site today to resolve issues. we believed this was fixed as it was stable for a few hours. unfortunately the issues returned once our engineer had left site. We will be back on site ASAP Tomorrow to carry out further investigations.
