OFNL have provided the following Outage information : 312075: INCIDENT AFFECTING BROADBAND AND VOICE SERVICES
Last updated:(10 Jul 2024 18:02hrs) Status: Currently open. Location: Swindon SN4. We are currently experiencing a network incident in Swindon SN4 affecting voice and data services. Engineers are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible or within 2 hours.

Please do not reset your equipment.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Update (10 Jul 2024 19:05hrs) Engineers investigating the issue have identified possibly faulty equipment on site and a replacement part has been dispatched. The ETA for part and engineer is currently 20:30 (8:30PM) today.

We are continuing to work to resolve this issue and a further update will be provided by 21:00 (9PM).
