WiMAX (Wireless Broadband) Park Holidays Outage - Seaview Polperro

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband services on Seaview Polperro Holiday Park

We are investigating and working with the park to get the resolved as soon as possible.

Please do not reset your equipment during this time.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

  • We have been made aware that the park is undergoing some power work and unfortunately some equipment is currently offline. we have been made aware that power should be restored within a couple of hours.

    We are aware of an issue affecting some Wimax connections on Park Holidays Seaview Holliday Park

    We are working with the park to get this resolved as soon as possible.

    Please do not reset your equipment during this time and we apologise for the inconvenience caused

  • The issues were resolved around 11.45 on 23/6/21 and all should now be working as normal

    We are aware of an issue affecting FTTH connections in the SP4 Area.

    OFNL are currently investigating the issue and we will update this page accordingly.

  • We are aware of an issue affecting Wimax connections in some areas of Canterbury and surrounding villages after a power cut last night.

    We are currently investigating and will update when we have further information.

  • Our Engineer has now replaced the faulty equipment and connections should now be back online.

    Work has been completed to repair the fibre network on park, all users should now be logging in again.

    Unfortunately we have been unable to get the Fibre connections back online with the park staff . We are arranging to get an engineer out tomorrow to investigate onsite.

    We will provide further updates when we have it.
