WiMAX (Wireless Broadband) Park Holidays Outage - Seaview Polperro

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband services on Seaview Polperro Holiday Park

We are investigating and working with the park to get the resolved as soon as possible.

Please do not reset your equipment during this time.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

  • We have been made aware that the park is undergoing some power work and unfortunately some equipment is currently offline. we have been made aware that power should be restored within a couple of hours.

    We are aware of a partial outage if the network serving Goodnestone. A power fault has caused part of the network to go offline but is expected to be fixed early into the afternoon today.

    WiMAX (Wireless Broadband) Wimax connections in Lympne Area of Kent

    We are currently aware of an issue affecting some Wimax connections in the Lympne Area of Kent.

    We have engineers on their way to investigate the issue.

  • The main link has now been restored to the Lympne area of Kent and all connections should now be back online. If you continue to have any issues please contact us.

  • Our engineers and network team have managed to get the majority of customers who were off in the Lympne area, back online via a temporary link whilst we are still working on getting the main link back online. You May however experience slower speeds than usual. We will update further once more information is available. Once again Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
