WiMAX (Wireless Broadband) Park Holidays Outage - Seaview Polperro

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband services on Seaview Polperro Holiday Park

We are investigating and working with the park to get the resolved as soon as possible.

Please do not reset your equipment during this time.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We have been made aware that the park is undergoing some power work and unfortunately some equipment is currently offline. we have been made aware that power should be restored within a couple of hours.

Bettshanger Repeater Outage

We are aware of an outage in the Bettshanger area. There is currently an electrician on site investigating a power trip issue.

Please do not reset your equipment.

Power to the repeater is now back. Connections should restore themselves.

Park Holidays - West Mersea park - Wimax connections

We are aware of a park wide outage on West Mersea Holiday Park. Staff have advised us there is no power across the whole park at this time and are working to get things back up and running as quickly as they can.

Please do not reset your equipment at this time.

The power issue affecting Wimax connections has now been resolved and connections should now be back online.
