WiMAX (Wireless Broadband) Park Holidays Outage - Seaview Polperro

We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband services on Seaview Polperro Holiday Park

We are investigating and working with the park to get the resolved as soon as possible.

Please do not reset your equipment during this time.

  • We have been made aware that the park is undergoing some power work and unfortunately some equipment is currently offline. we have been made aware that power should be restored within a couple of hours.

    9th February 2021

    We are aware of an outage affecting customers at Beauport Holiday Park in Bluebell and Bluebell lane areas.

  • This has been resolved by the maintenance team on site, we found the issue to be power related. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

  • 8th February 2021

    We are currently aware of an issue on park effecting the Bullring area. We are working with maintenance to get this resolved.

  • Power has been restored to our equipment on park. Connections should now be active again. Apologies for any disruption

  • An engineer has been dispatched to park to investigate this issue further.

  • There is currently 3rd party maintenance taking place affecting our main fibre line into the park

  • This emergency maintenance has now been resolved. Service should now be restored.

  • Our Fibre providers are currently experiencing a network incident in Hackney E5 affecting data services. Engineers are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.

  • This fault has been cleared by OFNL:

    Update (09 Feb 2021 15:42hrs) This Planned Maintenance was completed on Tuesday, February 9th, 2021 at 15:42hrs.

  • We are currently aware of an issue affecting the Ash, Canterbury, Wingham and surrounding areas. Our Network team are currently investigating.

  • Our Network team have worked with our engineer onsite to resolve this issue. Your service should now be restored, Apologies for any disruption

  • We have an engineer en route to investigate the issue further.

  • 6th February 2021

    Our Fibre providers are currently experiencing a network incident in Hertford SG14 affecting data services. Engineers are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Work to restore service was completed at 10:35 on 06/02/2012. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

    Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

    We apologise again for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience throughout this issue.

  • 4th February 2021

    We are aware of an outage affecting connections in and around the dover area, Our network team are investigating currently.

  • Engineers and Electrician have resolved the issue. Connections have now been restored.

  • Call ahead from engineer has confirmed power outage due to mains cable damage. Electrician investigating fault.

    We are aware of an outage affecting customers in Canterbury and surrounding villages.

  • Engineers have fixed the issue affecting the power to our equipment. connections are now fully operational.

  • Our Engineers have found the route cause of the problem and are working on a fix.

  • Engineer en-route to diagnose problem.

  • We are currently aware of an issue affecting the Wimax connections in the Out Elmstead area. We will update when have further information, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • WiMAX (Wireless Broadband) Wimax Outage affecting Woolage Green Area

    We are currently aware of an issue affecting the Wimax connections in the Woolage Green area. We will update when have further information, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Engineers have been to site and rectified the fault. All WiMax connections should now be back online. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    We are experiencing an outage affecting the Ash, Canterbury and Wingham areas.

  • Our Network team has liaised with a partner team to identify and resolve this issue. Connections should now be restored.
