    We are aware of an Outage on OFNL FTTH Network affecting Vfast connections in the MK16 area:

    DESCRIPTION We are currently experiencing a network incident in Milton Keynes, MK16 affecting data and voice services. Engineers are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible or within 2 hours.

  • UPDATE (26 Sep 2022 18:20hrs) Engineers have been investigating the problem and found that the issue was with fibre supporting the site. The damage has been repaired and services should be restored, but may be under risk of going back down until works are completed. A further update will be provided when the services are no longer at risk, or within 2 hours. We apologise again for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.
