Investigation has begun and we are working with the park to get the issues resolved as soon as possible.

    Work has been completed to repair the fibre network on park, all users should now be logging in again.

    Engineers have been able to repair damage to the fibre network. All users should now be logging in. If you continue to have any issues please contact our support team.

    Unfortunately we have been unable to get the Fibre connections back online with the park staff . We are arranging to get an engineer out tomorrow to investigate onsite.

    The is a UK power Network outage currently affecting services around the Faversham area.

    We have an engineer en-route to power our Dunkirk mast to restore service. All other services will resume once power is restored.

    Uk Power Network currently estimate the power will be back on: 14 Jun 19:30 - 20:30
