OFNL have made us aware of an issue affecting broadband connections in the BEDFORDSHIRE area:

302910: INCIDENT AFFECTING BROADBAND AND VOICE SERVICES Last updated:(01 May 2024 17:07hrs) Status: Currently open. Location: Bedfordshire MK40, MK42 ,MK43, MK44, MK45, MK46. We are currently experiencing a network incident in the Bedfordshire MK4 area affecting voice and data services. Engineers are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible. Please do not reset your equipment. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are aware of an issue affecting Wimax connections in the Elvington & Eythorne Areas of Kent.

This is due to a cable fault. We are arranging for this to be replaced.

  • Engineers replaced faulty cable and all was back online on 8Th June 16.45hrs

  • We have arranged access for engineers to replace faulty cables tomorrow morning

  • We are aware of an issue affecting Wimax connections at Park holidays Beauport Park in the Braeside area

    We are currently working with Park staff to try and resolve this issue.

  • We are aware of an issue affecting wimax connections in the Dargate/ Faversham and surrounding areas, due to a power cut.
