We are aware of a fault affecting broadband and phone services at "Bowland Fell Holiday Park"

Investigation has begun and we are working with the park to get the issues resolved as soon as possible.

Please do not reset your equipment during this time.

    We are monitoring closely for any further issues.

  • After speaking with the park, internet has been partially restored.

    The 3rd party leased line provider for the park has advised they're aware of a local incident effecting the main connection and their work is ecpected until 21:00.

    Some users will be able to get an internet connection but at a slower speed until the incident is resolved.

    We shall post further updates as they become available. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
