We are aware of a network fault in Lydd & the surrounding area that is causing slow speeds on our WiMAX service.

We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

  • Our engineers have now got permission to access the repeater sire and have now resolved the issue which was causing slow speeds in the Lydd area.

    Apologies for any inconvenience caused during this issue.

  • We are currently awaiting clearance from the main repeater site to access the feed to the area and carry out maintenance on the link to resolve this issue.
