We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband and phone services in Dunkirk, Faversham and surrounding areas.

We are investigating the cause of this outage and will provide further updates as soon as possible.

Please do not reset your equipment during this time. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

  • We attended yesterday to investigate issues on the exchange at ground level affected by a power loss and have recovered some of the network but further work is required to fully restore the service We are due to attend the exchange today to complete these works, further updates will be posted when we can
