We are aware of the outage in Dungeness, this is due to a power issue at a repeater site and are working to resolve this.

Please do not reset your routers, the connection will come back automatically once the issue is resolved.

    We are currently aware of an issue affecting Internet connections at Dawlish Sands, Hazelwood , Lady's Mile, Oakcliff and Golden Sands holiday parks.

    Please do not reset your routers.

    We are currently investigating and will provide an update when we have more information.

  • We now have all parks back online and customers connections should be working as normal. Apologies for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.

  • We now have connections back up on Oakcliff, Hazelwood and Dawlish Sands

  • We have managed to get Golden sands and Lady's Mile parks back online now and are still working to resolve the issues with Dawlish sands, Oakcliff, and Hazelwood parks We will update further when we have further information. Apologies for any inconvenience caused
