We are investigating and working with the park to get the resolved as soon as possible.

  • Engineers have now replaced faulty equipment onsite and connections should now be back online

    An engineer is being arranged to attend site to resolve this fault.

    We are currently investigating the cause and are working with the park to try to get this resolved as soon as possible. Please do not reset your routers.

  • Wimax connections have come back online, however we have not been able to contact the park to confirm the cause of the outage.

    We are currently monitoring the issue, but connections should be back online now

  • Our Engineer has replaced the radio for one of the repeaters which should have resolved the issue where connections were dropping intermittently.
