OFNL have made us aware of an issue affecting broadband connections in the BEDFORDSHIRE area:

302910: INCIDENT AFFECTING BROADBAND AND VOICE SERVICES Last updated:(01 May 2024 17:07hrs) Status: Currently open. Location: Bedfordshire MK40, MK42 ,MK43, MK44, MK45, MK46. We are currently experiencing a network incident in the Bedfordshire MK4 area affecting voice and data services. Engineers are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible. Please do not reset your equipment. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Due to power work ongoing at Dovercourt Holiday park service will be unavailable whilst power has been disconnected. Your service should resume as normal once the work has been completed. We have been advised work is expected to be ongoing for most of the day.

  • Our Engineers have replaced the faulty equipment and connections should now be back online and working as normal.

    We are currently aware of an issue affecting WiMax connections in the Ashford and New Romney areas of Kent.

    We are currently investigating and will update as soon as we have any further information.

  • This has been confirmed to be a power issue at our host site which has now been resolved. No more outages are to be expected.

  • WiMax Broadband service has now been restored. However, this outage is still under investigation to ensure no further issues occur.
