We are aware of a fault affecting broadband and phone services at "Pevensey Bay Holiday Park"

Investigation has begun and we are working with the park to get the issues resolved as soon as possible.

    WiMAX (Wireless Broadband) WiMax Service Outage - West Hougham

    We are currently experiencing a power outage effecting Broadband & Voice services in the West Hougham

    We have an estimated fix for power to be restored of between 15:30 - 16:30pm.

    WiMAX (Wireless Broadband) WiMAX service outage - Dover

    We are currently aware of an outage in Dover and surrounding areas. An engineer is en route to investigate a mains power fault effecting a main transmitter site feeding these areas.

    We are currently aware of an issue affecting some wimax connections at Park Holidays Marlie Park We are currently awaiting Park Maintenance to check power at the repeater site

  • We have been informed by Park Holidays that the electrical issue has now been resolved onsite.

    All connections are back online.

    Apologies for the disruption.

  • Our engineers have managed to restore power and connections should be back online, This is however a temporary resolution. Park Holidays electricians will be onsite again tomorrow, to try and make a permanent resolution.

  • This issue has been identified to be an electrical problem on site. Park Holidays have raised this issue back to their electricians who are due to investigate further, although they do not currently have an ETA for this.

  • Our engineers have attended and have identified the problem causing this outage. They had since managed to get this back online, however we lost equipment again yesterday evening. Park staff have been made aware and are sending maintenance round to the site.

    We are currently experiencing a power outage effecting our equipment for broadband and voice service on Carlton meres holiday park.

    We currently have an estimate fix for power between 13:30pm - 14:30pm. We will update this page with any further updates.
