We are currently aware of an outage affecting broadband services on Solent Breezes Holiday Park

We are investigating and working with the park to get the resolved as soon as possible.

An electrician has been scheduled to attend this morning to replace a faulty cable.

Please do not reset your equipment during this time.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

  • The issue with the power cable has been identified to be a much larger fault - a contractor will be attending park this afternoon to assist in the repair of this, and an electrician will re-attend tomorrow morning with an expected reconnection time of 12 noon tomorrow.

    We are aware of an outage in the Bettshanger area. There is currently an electrician on site investigating a power trip issue.

  • Power to the repeater is now back. Connections should restore themselves.

  • We are aware of a park wide outage on West Mersea Holiday Park. Staff have advised us there is no power across the whole park at this time and are working to get things back up and running as quickly as they can.

    We are currently investigating and will provide further information in due coarse.
