Investigation has begun and we are working with the park to get the issues resolved as soon as possible.

    We are aware of a power outage on Broadland Sands affecting wimax connections in the Seaview area of the park. We are working with Park Holidays to get this power issue resolved as soon as we can.

    Please do not reset your routers during the outage. We will update you once we have further information.

  • Our engineer has attended the site and swapped out some of our equipment and has resolved the outage at this repeater.

  • Park Holidays have advised that the resolution for the power supply issues is likely to be completed on Tuesday 1st June.

    We are currently aware of an issue affecting some Wimax connections at Park Holidays Broadland Sands Park in and around the Seaview area of the park.

  • We have identified a network issue in the Lydd/Greatstone area causing slow speeds and performance issues. Our networking team are working to resolve this issue, please do not reset your equipment.

  • Engineers on site found that the main repeater had moved in the strong winds over the last couple days. This has now been realigned and services are now back to full capacity.
