FTTH Outage - BEDFORDSHIRE

OFNL have made us aware of an issue affecting broadband connections in the BEDFORDSHIRE area:

302910: INCIDENT AFFECTING BROADBAND AND VOICE SERVICES Last updated:(01 May 2024 17:07hrs) Status: Currently open. Location: Bedfordshire MK40, MK42 ,MK43, MK44, MK45, MK46. We are currently experiencing a network incident in the Bedfordshire MK4 area affecting voice and data services. Engineers are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible. Please do not reset your equipment. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Brook - WiMax service

    There is a Uk power networks outage in the Brook area (TN25 5) currently affecting our WiMax service.

    Planned work Reference: INCD-53572-V Power will be: Switched off 09:00 Back on between 16:30 - 17:30

    • Broadland Sands - Park Holidays Offline

    We have lost service at Broadland Sands Holiday Park.

    A fault has been raised and an engineer is en-route.

    UK power networks outage ME9 7 and ME9 8 area

    There is a planned UK power Networks outage affecting a couple of our transmit sites in the ME97 and ME9 8 area.

    Planned work Reference: INCD-53709-V Power will be: Switched off 09:00 Back on between 16:30 - 17:30

    UK power networks now expects this to be online around 20:30 this evening.
