  • Host has advised that Electrician has completed works. Connections have now been restored.

  • Host has advised that they have lost a power phase into their building and have an electrician onsite to resolve as quickly as possible.

  • 18th April 2021

    Due to third party maintenance there will be no service at both Landscove and Riviera Bay holiday parks. This is expected to be completed by 10:00PM this evening.

    We are aware of a disruption of service since Tuesday evening on the Golden Sands Holiday Park. We are investigating the source of the fault now.

    We are also aware of a partial loss in Dawlish Sands Holiday Park.

    Please do not reset your equipment and sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

  • Our engineer resolved an issue with the main fibre feed to the park. Full connection has now been restored to the park.

    Apologies for any inconvenience.

    Unfortunately there is a UK power networks outage affecting some WiMax services in the Lydd, Greatstone and Dungeness area.

    We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing you. UK power networks estimate the power will be back on: 16:30 - 17:30
