WiMAX (Wireless Broadband) Park Holidays Oaklands, St osyth, Martello and Seawick Parks offline due to power maintenance

Park Holidays Oaklands, St Osyth, Martello and Seawick Parks are all currently offline due to power maintenance by the parks.

This should be back on from around 4.15pm today, Please do NOT reset your routers.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

The mains power has now been restored and connections at Oaklands, Martello, Seawick and St Osyths should now be back online.

FTTC (Fibre To The Cabinet) Canterbury Area Outage

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting connections in the Canterbury area. We have engineers en route to investigate further. Please do not reset your equipment during this time.

Service has now been restored to the area. If you're experiencing any problems or your router isn't checking back in with our systems please contact our support team.

Third party working being carried out on site - Seaview Holiday Park

We have been informed by Seaview Holiday park that there is work being carried out onsite that may effect service. The work is expected to be completed by 6PM tonight.
