We are aware of an issue affecting wimax connections at Park holidays Beauport Holiday Park.

We have an engineer on route to investigate.

  • Our engineer has replaced failed equipment at the park and connections should all now be back online and working as normal

    We are aware of an outage affecting broadband and landline services in and around the Ulcombe area.

    This has been identified as a major incident on the Openreach network. Openreach have informed us that this is due to 2nd attempted cable theft last night damaging infrastructure in the area.

    We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this.

  • This issue is now fully resolved.

  • Connectivity issues affecting Ulcombe and the surrounding areas should now be resolved as of 18:00 as Openreach have replaced the damaged fibre cable. If you continue to have any issues please contact us.

  • Openreach engineers arrived on site at 10:10 this morning and are working to get the damaged fibre cable replaced.

    They have advised that works are likely to go on into tonight and are due to give us a further update around 5pm.
