FTTH (Fibre To The Home) OFNL Fibre connections Various locations

We are aware of issues affecting Fibre connections on the OFNL network, Their latest update is :

191946: INCIDENT AFFECTING BROADBAND SERVICES
Last updated:(24 Aug 2021 14:49hrs) Status: Currently open. Location: Multiple sites, including Dartford (DA1), Ilford (IG6), Poplar (E14), Stratford (E20). We are currently experiencing a network incident affecting multiple sites, including Dartford (DA1), Ilford (IG6), Poplar (E14), Stratford (E20) affecting data services. Engineers are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible or within 2 hours.

  • Latest update from OFNL: Work to restore service was completed at 19:00 on 24/08/2021. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

    Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

  • Latest update from OFNL:

    Update (24 Aug 2021 17:07hrs) It has been identified that this incident has been caused by an issue with a 3rd party carrier, who provide service to us in this area.

    We are working with the provider to resolve this issue and a further update will be provided in 2 hours or as soon as possible, depending on situation

    We are aware of an issue effecting equipment on New Beach Holiday Park.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused, sadly we have been unable to restore connection remotely and an engineer will be visiting as soon as possible to restore service.

  • Engineers have attended park and restored connection to the repeater which was offline.

  • WiMAX (Wireless Broadband) Lympne - Partial outage

    Unfortunately we have lost one of our transmitters in Lympne. An engineer has been dispatched to investigate.
