We are currently aware of an issue affecting Park holidays - Beauport Park, Wimax connections in the Woodman Lane area.

This is due to a power issue affecting the repeater which the park have an electrician investigating this morning.

Please do not reset your routers. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause

  • This issue was resolved from around 9.35AM today. If you still are unable to connect to your Vfast Wifi please call our support team on 01227668901 opt 2

  • We have had an engineer onsite today however we are still not getting power to our equipment .

    Park Holidays have an electrician booked to investigate further tomorrow 30/7/21

    We will advise further once we get more information. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience this outage has caused

  • Park Holidays have now restored the power to the Woodman Lane area , but our equipment has not come back online.

    We have an engineer booked to investigate further on 29/7/21

    We will advise further once we get more information.

  • Park Holidays have advised that the power issue affecting some of the Woodman Lane area wimax connections could be down for a few days as they need to get a cherry picker in to complete further electrical works in the area, to restore power to our repeater.

    We will provide an update once we get any further information. Please do NOT reset your routers in the meantime.

    WiMAX (Wireless Broadband) Throwley,Kent Outage

    We are aware of an outage affecting the Throwley, Kent and surrounding area.

    Our team are currently investigating the nature of this outage.

    Please do not reset your equipment during this period. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

  • Our engineer on site has now confirmed that this issue has now been rectified and is back online.

    Thank you again for the patience and understanding during this period.

  • Our engineer has arrived on site and have managed to get the area back online.

    Our engineer will be on site for a while to ensure that this does not come back offline.

    Update (19 Jul 2021 07:55hrs) It has been identified that this incident has been caused by an issue at Vodafone, who provide service to us in this area.

    We are working with Vodafone to resolve this issue and a further update will be provided as soon as possible.
