Broadband and voice services are currently down in NR31 postcodes due to an OFNL fault we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

    Update (24 Jun 2021 14:40hrs) We have continued to see stablility since the brief interruption to service this morning. We will now continue to work with our 3rd party providers on preventing any further interruptions, but consider this incident resolved.     There have been no service interruptions since around 10:30AM and customers should not currently be experiencing any issues. We are continuing to monitor the site and will provide a further update once the issue has been confirmed to be resolved and no further interruptions are expected.

    OFNL are currently experiencing an issue causing no service over broadband affecting all providers in the area.

    Update (22 Jun 2021 15:05hrs) This incident was closed on Tuesday, June 22nd, 2021 at 15:05hrs.

  • Update (22 Jun 2021 15:03hrs) Work to restore service was completed at 14:53 on 22/06/21. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

    Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

    Update (22 Jun 2021 14:38hrs) OFNL and 3rd party engineers are currently at the site and are performing further testing, in order to isolate the fault.

    A further update will be provided within 2 hours, or as soon as we have additional information.

    We are working with Vodafone to resolve this issue and a further update will be provided within 2 hours, or as soon as we have additional information.

    We are currently aware of an issue affecting some Wimax connections in the Ulcombe Hill, Maidstone area

  • We are investigating an outage on Birchington Vale Holiday Park, in The Robbins area.

  • Our engineers have been to site and rectified the issue affecting some of the Fibre connections in 'The Robbins' area of Birchington Vale.
