Service lost due to Park maintenance was restored at midday, the network was monitored throughout the day and is now stable.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

  • We can confirm that maintenance work is still ongoing at the Swimming Pool area of the park so some connections may still be intermittent during this period.

    We apologise for the continued inconvenience.

  • We believe work is still continuing. We are awaiting contact from the park to confirm this.

    WiMAX (Wireless Broadband) Barham Business Park

    Support Team investigating WiMAX Network outage affecting Barham Business Park and the local area.

    Support team identified the issue was a local power problem. Temporary power was supplied until UK power networks arrived. Service has now been restored and will continue to be monitored.

  • Power was restored to the site around 7pm last night. Repeater is now back on mains power.

  • The site has been powered off Orbital Net Generator this afternoon and we are expecting Mains power to be restored shortly. The Generator will be powered down shortly.

  • Engineer on site. Local Mains Failure has been found. We are working with the site contact and UK Power Networks to resolve the Mains failure ASAP.

  • Engineer on route to the site for further investigations.
