There is a local power issue effecting the Shottenden area. We have been informed this will be resolved between 21:00-22:00.

  • WiMAX (Wireless Broadband) Loss of service Seaview Caravan park

    We are aware of an outage at the Seaview Holiday Park. We've been informed it is due to power issues localised in the area and are working to get service restored as soon as possible.

    We are currently aware of an issue affecting the Wimax connections at Park Holidays Oaklands site.

    The issue has been confirmed to be due to local power issues, electricians are already on site and working to get it up and running as soon as possible.

  • All connectivity at Oaklands Holiday Park should now be restored as the local power fault has been resolved on site.

    We are currently aware of an outage in the Studdal area. Our network team is currently investigating the cause of the outage.

  • The cause for the loss of service was due to a power outage in the Studdal area. This has now been resolved and services are back up.

  • We are aware of reports that the customer portal (my.vfast.co.uk) is experiencing connectivity issues for certain customers. We are looking into it currently.

  • Issue with circuit provider has now been resolved.

  • Our network team is continuing to investigate issues regarding portal issues. We should have another update around 12pm
